I'm running activated Windows 10 Home Version 1902 (OS Build 18362.356) (upgraded from Windows 8 which was pre-installed on my Asus N550JK laptop). Creators') updates via the Update assistant. After installing Windows 7, however, I am unable to activate it. The product keys are printed right on the back of these old things so I figured it would be no issue.

I have a problem whereby I've not been able to install updates to Windows via the Settings app, nor install or update apps through the Microsoft Store for some time. Can confirm the windows update package fixed it for me as Im guessing Windows 7 finally had a way of acquiring the proper root cert authority from Microsoft so Windows Activation could work.
